After Covid-19, emotional regulation ability in teenagers has worsened, and languishing has increased. What is languishing? it is a sense of distress, feelings of emptiness, lack of motivation. 

Our Erasmus+KA220 project aims to offer a tool to youthworkers so that they can support young people’s positive mental health, to reduce risk factors for mental disorders and to enhance protective factors such as emotional self regulation, healthy coping of difficult emotions, optimism, hope, self-compassion, and other crucial skills for wellbeing.
